Lots of things are better, a few things still need work.
The new keygroup synthesis engine is very powerful.
There’s something about the MPC i enjoy a lot. It’s very powerful yet still fun and immediate.

Main downside is i now want an MPC X SE.

I guess one big advantage is that it can work with the Native Instruments Jam, which is a clip launching grid controller like a Force or Ableton live type controller….

I was really hoping to see the clip launching of the Force added to the MPC in 3.0
Then we would then have a much more portable unit with a lot more versatility.
The software of both machines is virtually identical apart from that.
